Registration Information:

  • By June 1, 2010: $100.85 per family (includes guests)
  • After June 1: $125.85 per family (includes guests)


Registration includes: Transportation costs, all free events, nametags for all adults, ball cap/golf shirt combo (1 per registration.  Additional items available at class cost; contact Bob Smith for more information), Class Administration funding for future years.  Links to register below.

Lodging:

As we did at the 20th Reunion, we will make this a truly CLASS event that is as budget-friendly as possible without sacrificing quality. We recommend the Westin Hotel as this will be the “epicenter” for our class that weekend and is extremely convenient for all planned events. We will have a special 25th Reunion baseball cap/golf shirt package as the only “giveaway” items; there will be other class items for purchase through outside vendors via the website. We will also have a charitable event to raise money for our class and our support of fallen classmates.

 

Reunion Headquarters is the Westin Annapolis with a block of rooms reserved. Deadline to reserve at the block rate of $291.00/night is August 10, 2010. A one-night deposit is due at time of reservation (fully refundable outside 30 days). The Westin is a beautiful NEW hotel that is 0.5 miles from the stadium at the intersection of Taylor Blvd. and West Street. Our Alternate hotel is the Holiday Inn Express on Riva Road, a nice hotel adjacent to the new Parole Plaza area and only a short distance from the Westin Hotel. Rooms are $149.00/night and we have reserved a small block of rooms for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights:

Events:

 

As always, we will have bus transportation from Friday morning through Saturday evening from both hotels to and from all reunion events as well as the city dock area and the main gate entrance to the Naval Academy. We will fill in more details and events as we get them finalized. There will be a Friday golf outing at a local golf course and a Thursday evening kickoff event at Fado’s Irish Pub, located adjacent to the Westin main entrance.

 

 

Reunion Dinner 

We have chosen an outdoor venue off the Naval Academy grounds for our Friday dinner, a picturesque site situated on the Chesapeake Bay in Eastport. Our caterer will provide a tented “island-themed” event for the evening (all weather). Pricing and further details below; bus and water taxi transportation will be available for the event.
 

Tailgate Party 

Our Class Tailgate will be the Navy Funfest Area (adjacent to Taylor Road on the “March on” side of the Stadium). The game is projected for 1530 so we will have a full day of entertainment of food kicking off at approximately 1100 and lasting one hour after the game is completed. We will have “The Rovers” (our class-adopted Irish Band) playing as well. We now have a special block of football game tickets for sale (see instructions below)


Sunday Brunch

There will be an ala carte farewell brunch at the Westin Annapolis on Sunday morning. More details below.
